I must be dumber than sledtracks then... I love to drive. I just don't get to do as much as I used to.

I must be smart as hell then, I don't even approach 2000 miles a year.

RWD, no antilock, no traction control, studded snows, roll out!

I've been stuck in the house since saturday night. We got 14" Sunday morning, we were without electricity for four hours. Good thing I have a generator. Kept the fridge, a lamp, Tivoli radio and two oil radiator type heaters going.

I have no problem driving in snow. It's these other clowns around here................

I live in rural New England and have no problem getting around during snow storms in any car.

I just did my first winter storm commute (18 miles) in my new (to me) Mini Cooper. It's true what they say these things are excellent in the snow! Much better than the Buick Lesabre it replaced, or the little Hyundai I sometimes drive for work errands.

I've had 4WD vehicles in the past. They are nice to have and downright fun, but most anyone with competent winter driving skills can get around here without it IMO.

Of course one can drive in snow else the GWN would grind to a halt in November.

I love driving in the snow. Just remember the apple on the hood

And a donut just in case
