OTOH, A roulette wheel would be better at decision making then the idiots currently in office. I think the only way to get the careerists out, is to limit the number of terms. A congress critter ought be limited to 8 years in a lifetime.

Yes, Obama is following Bush's patterns in too many things. Of course one Bush idea is too many.
I do agree on needing term limits, and this would or at least should reduce the influence of career lobbyists that go back and forth which would be even better yet.

Then again knowing that you are limited to say 8 years (Senate term is 6 years) people might be inclined to take all the bribes (oops, lobbying) they can figuring let's make hay while the sun shines.

Let's just admit that it is the screwiest form of govenment extant and be done with it.
