Supreme Court will hear Trump presidential immunity claim in election interference case
https://www.cnbc.com/2024/02/28/trum...-immunity.html

Un f'ing believable! This SCOTUS is completely and utterly corrupt, no question about it now. They're going to allow this disgusting piece of dog poop delay this absurd lawsuit, meaning judge Chutkan can't schedule this until at least July.

Face it there is a large portion of the country that wants to dictate their world views on the rest of the country.....
Thinking we are sheep...
The court is basically giving a big FK U and waiting out the election....

The Supreme Court just handed Trump an astonishing victory
So much for the rule of law.

Just incredible. We, the majority, are powerless. A very sad day for our democracy.

Where there is Trump, there is financial chicanery and fraud.
In this SPAC which is simply a scheme to give Trump OPM money and then only to leave these people empty handed, since once the money is given away they will find that the company is worthless. I am talking about Truth Social now 100% owned by Trump and Digital Media which upon acquiring Truth Social will hand over 90% of the company in stocks currently worth around $3.5 Billion. At the last minute Trump engineered a lot more authorized shares purportedly more for himself and his family which will dilute the original investors.

And now there is a lawsuit. Only in Trump's fraudulent world can a $200 Million company be made to look like its worth $4 Billion so that enough suckers buy into it only to lose it all after the merger.

The former chief financial officer of the Trump Organization is expected to plead guilty to perjury charges on Monday related to testimony he gave in a civil investigation into the real estate company’s finances, a person familiar with the investigation said.

Allen Weisselberg, the former long-time confidant of Donald Trump, arrived at the Manhattan district attorney’s office early Monday morning. He is expected to enter his plea later in the day.

Good thing this isn't Russia. He would have fallen out of the window of a tall building by now.

It's not unheard of to fall out of a window of a tall building in the good ol' USA.

Donald Trump has been told to pay the six-figure legal costs of a company he sued over claims of "perverted" sex acts and bribes to Russian officials.

Mrs Justice Steyn threw out the case against Orbis Business Intelligence, a consultancy founded by former MI6 officer Christopher Steele, last month.

She found that Mr Trump's compensation claim was "bound to fail".

In a new ruling she also ordered Mr Trump to pay Orbis's costs "of the entire claim".
