Same here in Charleston - we don't own anymore - leasing. Everyone and their brother moving here. We should have bought something when home prices tanked a few years ago. Sellers' market now; will have to wait until things take a dive again.

OK, I am alpha you are beta. Good point. I also noticed that but I admirethat you just articulated it.

and yes, this would highlight a difference in approach, to thinking.

One thing that might surprise you though is that I don't think alpha superior as most do. In fact, I think betas tend to be superior. No absoluteness in this however.
