e-Bay claimed the KKK symbols in the banned artwork were the reason. Obviously, the intent of the art was NOT to glorify or promote racial hatred, but I can see eBay's point, actually. If you allow the symbols in 'anti' messages, the 'pro' types will exploit the loophole, putting just a token amount of 'anti' content into their stuff to evade teh prohibition.
Sort of like the old 'Reefer Madness' movie that supposedly attacked the moral hazard of drug use, but actually was all about using that as cover to present sexual content.

I could not find Bombhead Mohamed T-Shirt on eBay, so guess they are consistent.
