For me after being told to stand down stand your ground went out the window. No where does zippy say he was leaving the scene when Trevon attacked him right?

So the argument for justifiable stand your ground now includes causing a fight when armed with an unarmed person is OK? Because being armed does give a sense of power over the unarmed.

you need to look up the meaning of the word "fact"

This isn't a case of stand your ground. It's a case of self defense.

They are not the same.

You are still not allowed to meet the level of force shown in this case with a 9mm dum dum through the heart. Even in Missoura.

Actually, you can in Missouri. Provided you can show that you were in reasonable fear of your life or great bodily harm.

So's my family a few generations back, I think one of 'em was hung as a horse thief. We started from Pennsylvania Deutch country and kept heading west. If you think Missourans are stubborn? "Never argue with a german if you're drunk or tired" as some hippy dippy rock and roll band from California once said.

fact (bing)

fact [ fakt ]
""something known to be true: something that can be shown to be true, to exist, or to have happened

truth or reality of something: the truth or actual existence of something, as opposed to the supposition of something or a belief about something

piece of information: a piece of information, e.g. a statistic or a statement of the truth.""

Facts.
Zippy had a loaded gun Trevon skittles and a drink! One is dead the other is not. One was told to leave then did not.

Like I stated before an armed person (concealed) now can cause a confrontation with a unarmed person. Then when things get out of hand shoot and kill the unarmed person is now legal in the USA?
