Callin' Finnbow! Please phone home.
Hey Finn, Where's are ya? Everybody else has checked in. I really hope you're just without power, even though I wouldn't wish that on anyone in the steaming hot D.C. area. So, find a wifi hotspot and check in before we send out search parties, my friend!

I was surfin about the power grid back East yesterday and there were still a number of places without power. Hopefully, Finn and family are fine. Merrylander would likely be pissed at what a beautifully detailed site the power company has for power outages. It was very detailed and much better than what we have here in SD.
BTW, has anyone heard from Chas lately? I have not seen him post recently. Fishing, vacation??

Why, it is progress if they finally managed to do summat right. I don't have Finn's phone number but I do know several areas of Montgomery County are still out. If he is served by PEPCO he may be still waiting.

I've spent the last 5 days helping my daughter move from Milwaukee to Minneapolis for her new job. I'm now on a layover in the Milwaukee airport on my flight back from Minneapolis. Unfortunately, my connecting flight is delayed 2 hours. I think it's Whell's fault.
As for the weather around my house, my youngest son (who stayed back at the homestead) reports some trees down in the neighborhood and some power outages, but none at Chez Finnbow.
