Horrible flooding in Germany
There has been a horrible flooding in Germany. At least 150 people lost their life and the death toll is rising permanently.
The pictures show an Autobahn in this region (I am living some 120 miles south of it). The Army is looking for further victims. This is the most serious climate change incident so far in my Fatherland. The catastrophe has been triggered by a derailed "Jet Stream" (Meteorology). It is a phenomenon which occurs more and more often all around the globe: weather systems that do not move and evoke long lasting heat and drought or huge rain and similar extreme situations.
