I have had it three times since 84 and once as a kid.

Flu shots are nothing but a money maker for the investor class. I believe we are the only country on earth that "pushes" this stuff on the general populous. It is only effect 50% of the time or less and that is only if you happen to have been vaccinated for the particular strain you come into contact with.

We have the religious exemption here (NYC) too. However just
recently measles broke out in one religious community which
refuse vaccination.
