Nice regressive tax, these tarriffs. Trump let slip that he likes the revenue.

Trump's trade war with China is the biggest threat to the US economy in 2019, and it's making economists the most worried they've been in years

MAGA! F’ing buffoon in the Oval.

Meanwhile, Harley-Davidson said on Tuesday that its earnings per share were essentially wiped out in the final quarter of 2018 after the company got caught up in President Trump's tariff war.

Somebody had to address China.

The previous admins, (Dems and Repubs) had allowed China to outfox them; so this one is holding a bad hand.

President Donald Trump’s trade war is magnifying some of the toughest farm conditions since the crisis that bankrupted thousands of farmers in the 1980s — and threatening a constituency crucial to his reelection hopes.

The president’s trade policies have sent U.S. agricultural exports plunging, exacerbating already difficult economic conditions facing farmers. Average farm income has fallen to near 15-year lows under Trump, and in some areas of the country, farm bankruptcies are soaring.

I'm shocked, shocked that Trump is so clueless about economics and trade policy.

Yes they understand how the Chicoms have bankrupted the West. How they took over places like Vancouver, Canada. How they took over strategic firms in countries like Germany. How they forced western firms into union and stole their intellectual property. How they bought powerful people from both sides of the US aisle.

Etc, etc.
The Chinese have outfoxed the West especially since joining WTO. The only mistake they made is announcing MADE IN CHINA 2025.
