Apple is a Chinese company
What happens when the SEC, auditors and investors wake up?
https://www.ft.com/content/bf8e3846-...f-2dfe39ec9941 I try to stay far away from Apple products, but it's difficult to buy any high tech product these days that wasn't made in or sourced from China. |
And now this......
""Apple Card’s new high-yield Savings account is now available, offering a 4.15 percent APY"" https://www.apple.com/newsroom/2023/...5-percent-apy/ |
Apple is now assembling its products (it actually their sub-contractors) in India.

This is the only cell phone that I'm aware of that is made in the US:
https://puri.sm/products/librem-5-usa/ It's a niche product aimed at a relatively small target market produced by a company that is registered as a social purpose company. The product/service has some limitations at present from the perspective of the average consumer: phone price, service cost/availability, etc. However, for the right person/company, it could be an attractive option. |
