Is this Rob's type of conservative?

I read an interesting column in the Washington Post today. It reflected a bit on comments made by Glenn Beck about how Teddy Roosevelt put the country on the path to ruin.

On interesting thing in the article is how he talked of TR's type of conservatism, which sounds similar to what Rob has described as conservatism. I expect that Rob will correct any misconceptions, but this is interesting reading.

Hear that Merrylander! I'm calling you out!

Always liked TR, he built the Panama Canal.

Then Jimmuah gave it away.

Bully ! Need more like him. But tell his cousin, Franklin D. to stay at the house. HE'S responsible for creating the massive, bloated, out-of-control monster the federal government has become.

TR is more my idea of a conservative than that wuss Gearson, wonder who changes him? No idea why the Post publishes him, but then they also publish Will and Krauthammer. Damn liberal rag.
