US unveils federal law enforcement profiling ban

It's mostly window-dressing:

"The guidelines will exempt security screening in airports and border checkpoints and won't be binding on local and state police agencies."

You're right.

The worst offenders are state and local police.

Thanks to the idiocy of states rights there is nowt to be done about state and local cops.

Actually sine the Dems are mostly in control our locals are quite decent for the most part.
