With the loss of control of free sea lanes in the Gulf by the current administration the United States may have just lost its position as a super power...this is our 1945 moment, when Great Britain lost its perch as the world's greatest military power. Make America Great Again...what a joke.

USA is the Super Power. It controls its backyard (Americas) and projects power to every corner of the world. It is self sufficient in food and energy. No other power can match its attributes.

What part of Trump just gave away US control of the Persan Gulf do you not understand? For a half century our Carriers were making sure the Gulf was open. You don't have to squint...the Emperor is not wearing any clothes.

Yeah! Venezuela is kool-aid.

Europe looks increasingly to USA for energy.

A good portion of Chinese energy and food imports still passes through the straits of Malacca.

Once one understands:
1) China is the center of USA undertakings/concerns.
2) Fossil fuel is one of the main drivers in US power structure.

Then one can have a better picture of Trump's strategic efforts.

On the use of fossil fuels and the USA.

Sure use up all our oil leaving other countries with stockpiles. Who hate or at least are laughing at us. US who will soon to selling our souls for oil when ours runs out. Real brainiac territory we have there...

Add in race to build ever more data centers to consume even more and more.

Almost like we really hate ourselfs.
